The Western Basin of Lake Erie is called "The Walleye Capital of the World", and justly so. We have approximately 80 million catchable size Walleye available. Two to five pounders are common; and six to twelve pounders are no surprise.

The best time for real trophy Walleye fishing is early April. At this time of year, most Walleye concentrate around the reefs to spawn. Since most large fish are in a relative small area, the odds of getting the trophy size fish is greatly enhanced. May, June, July and August are also excellent months for catching Walleye.

The "smallie" fishing is among the finest anywhere in the world. The jumping action of a five-to-six pound Smallmouth Bass is a real thrill to beginners or pro, young and old.

Mid-May to mid-June (catch & release only), September and October are the best times for "smallies". We do catch them year-round with the reefs and Bass Islands being top spots.

We supply: ice and fish cooler, landing nets, rods and reels (upon request). Bass bait is extra, (soft crawfish or large minnows), and is based on market price. Your favorite bass lures will work fine here.

The Yellow Perch, or Ring Perch, is among the finest tasting fish in the world. Late August, September, and October are prime months for Perch. The action can be fast and furious. Our Perch usually range from seven to thirteen inches.

The Perch trips provide an excellent opportunity to bring the family, as the children are seldom bored. It is a great way to introduce children to fishing.

We supply: ice and fish cooler, minnow nets, hooks and spreaders and bait. Rods and reels (upon request).

The executive charter is provided for those of you who want to walk on board, fish all day, enjoy a fine lunch and beverage, have your fish cleaned and packaged and generally be spoiled. This is a great way to bring clients to show your appreciation for their business.

We supply: ice and fish cooler, bait and lures (except Smallmouth), rods and reels, if needed, lunch and beverage, fish cleaning and packaging.
